Everything was beyond expectations. Easy access and quick check in

One of the best hotels I have stayed at in a very long time! The hotel was extremely clean and everything was top-notch. The lobby, the common areas, the parking lot - spotless! The room was also very large and comfortable to spend time in. The staff all need a big bonus for a job well done. We have stayed at a few hotels this summer on our tour of northern Ontario and some of the hotels have been awful. So it was such a pleasure to discover this gem in Sudbury.

Property was nicely located in walking distance to many restaurants. The hotel however I feel is over priced for such a small room. Just minutes down the road is a microtel that is much cheaper and has the same quality of services. The parking is very tight for full-size trucks like most now of days. I do not believe I will stay at this hotel again.

Chair in the room had a coffee spill or bodily fluids that I did not notice. Sat on it with a white skirt and soiled it and had to change.

We had a very disappointing experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Sudbury. We were in town for my grandfather's funeral, travelling with our two young daughters, both under the age of five. After a long drive, we arrived at the hotel around 11:00 p.m., exhausted and ready to get the kids to bed. When we checked in, we were told that the only room they had available had a broken air conditioner. This was during a major heat wave, with temperatures around 40°C. There was no way we could safely stay in that room with two small children, especially after paying over $700 for a two-night stay. What made the situation even more frustrating was how it was handled. No one called us ahead of time to let us know there was an issue, despite clearly knowing the room was uninhabitable. The staff also made no effort to help us find alternative accommodations or offer any meaningful solution. After arriving late at night with two tired children and already dealing with the stress of attending a funeral, we were left to figure everything out on our own. This level of customer service was incredibly disappointing and far below what I would expect from a Hilton property. I hope the hotel improves how it communicates with guests and handles situations like this in the future so no other family has to go through the same experience.

It was only a 1 night stay but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Excellent location, close to restaurants, Costco and the highway. Beautiful facility and well kept.

Hotel was very clean.

The hotel was 4.5 years old when we visited, so everything still had that "new" look. Room was large (king size bed). Staff was very friendly. Location was great, restaurants and shopping was plentiful, but still need a vehicle to shop nearby.

We had a lovely 2 night stay here. Quiet and well maintained. Staff were wonderful. We did not expect our room to be cleaned after our first night like other hotels. We were pleasantly surprised to see bed made, and all clean. The restaurant food is truly amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing stay! Love staying at the Hilton Garden. Also enjoyed a wonderful meal and incredible singers for the evening! We had the pleasure of being served by a young waiter named Mitch who provided exceptional service. He was attentive, professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable.
