I was in a room by myself with facilities and although this was basic I was very comfortable there. I had a fridge and television and there was a lovely area on the rooftop. There were kitchen facilities available. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and the atmosphere relaxed. It was good value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at Vilo Hotel in Vancouver. The staff was very kind, respectful, and helpful. A special thank you to the housekeeping lady on the 5th floor—she did an amazing job and kept our room very clean. We checked out on July 23 and truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent experience over all. The only downsides were the toilet paper in our room had some red marks on it. We replaced it and moved on. Otherwise, very clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Great location!

This was a great place to stay for my two nights in Vancouver on business. I had to share the shower and toilet, which I don’t mind but there were times where I couldn’t get in there and there wasn’t another one on the same floor - overall it’s very nice hotel. It’s not cheap but it’s very good value for downtown Vancouver and I was able to secure parking for a little extra cost. I would consider staying there again. It was very clean and comfortable.

The room was small with only room for one full-sized suitcase. The private bathroom with shower was excellent. Staff were very helpful. Late checkout was only one hour extension but suitcase storage was fine. All good and nice that proceeds go to the YWCA.
