Residence and Conference Centre – Toronto

2 bed rooms and kitchenette is very convenience for family travellers. A small down side is no living room (sitting area)

It would definitely be a first choice consideration on my return to Toronto the location is ideal for getting around Toronto as you are right next to the highway and the amenities are around you within walking distance if you're up for a 15 to 25 minute walk and if you're not then you can certainly drive close by and security couldn't be better, safety the highest. There is a common kitchen in the main floor of the facility however there are absolutely no accessories to cook with so if you are planning to cook you need to bring everything from your pan your spoon your salt and pepper.

We booked this as at the last minute when heading to a concert and were not disappointed! For the price you get so much space and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Great staff, the room was clean and comfortable. Easy to move around from the place and the parking was included. Overall great experience.

2 days of well rested.It was good.

It was good but the parking is in the next building loke 200 m walk. It os not a hotel it doesn’t have hotels facilities but more loke furnished appt bit still good for students business meetings sleep overs not for couples To enjoy they stay ingeneral we liked it

Don't confuse this with a Residence Inn Hotel. It's a university student residence building which in June has seperate units with two bedrooms with a double bed, closet, desk, chair and a small tv which has limited access to streaming services. The unit has a small shared area with a table and chairs, a fridge and microwave. There is a shared bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. It was very quiet in the room. There are some fast food places and a convenience store on the first level. Parking is free. So if you don't need the luxury of a true hotel and want either a short or longer stay this place is great and the price is unbeatable.

Exactly what you need if you only need somewhere to sleep for a budget in town :)

Not an accessible place. Stairs only from the parking garage to check in, otherwise only option is the road. No buttons to access door opening in parking or on floors.

Ok place. Free parking. Beds are small and no sofa bed.

Good service . Best place if someone wants to stay for few days . Price is reasonable .

The hotel is actually located in the student residence of Seneca College. It took us some time to find it since we arrived late in night and had to drive across the whole campus. The front desk was Ok. When we got into the room, at first we could only get hot water. I checked under the sink and opened the valve for the cold water then everything is fine. Since it is a student residence, we could hear them walking and taking in the hallway late in night. But we soon fell asleep since we were too tired. The hotel has no breakfast. We went to the Subway on the ground floor to get some good and waited for 20 minutes for our food. It is not bad for the price. Things should be more smoothy if you go there second time.
