Very friendly staff. Not the cleanest nor the most kid friendly but comfortable beds and the linnens felt clean.

Clean room, nice hotel!

Overall , great hotel. Nicely renovated for an older style building in the downtown core of Orillia. The only thing that was a disappointment was the deposit surprise you receive at check out. 450.00 is a bit outrageous.

Found garbage beside the bed an the toilet paper was all soaked an pretty well gone when I got in there an paint on wall is peeling hotel keys kept messing up had trouble with over flow parking

If you are a senior or have any issues with walking do NOT stay here. The stairs are crazy and I found it difficult to find my room. Parking is dismal. There is none. I found myself driving around and around Orillia trying to find a parking spot. Walking around alone after midnight is not safe! I would never stay here again.

Although the rooms are clean and quiet, they are small and dated. Water damage was noted on the wall and lamp shade. The ceiling light fixture was missing its fixture and was just bare bulbs. Location was excellent. Parking is limited and in the back next to a bar.

Room was clean and very comfortable, the location was excellent, close to bars and restaurants, the food was amazing, definitely go again!

Clean room and comfortable bed. Lobby and check in area are also well lit, clean and inviting. Minor complaint for the room: the bathroom does not have counter space to hold a toiletries bag, and while there was space in the vanity drawer, the interior of the drawer was very grubby and had not been wiped down. The other surfaces and shower enclosure of the bathroom were freshly cleaned. We did let the front desk know upon check out. The property is split level, so be aware if you have accessibility needs. Our room was on the third floor and there are stairs to navigate (with your luggage) at the floor crossovers upon exiting the elevators. There is very limited parking on-site at the rear of the hotel. There is signage indicating the spots are reserved for hotel guests, but we did see vehicles parking at the same time we were entering the lot and the occupants did not enter the hotel, so the reserved spaces are not enforced. We had to use the overflow parking lot, which is two+ blocks away. An easy walk, but you need to be aware for dropping off your luggage, if you forget anything in your vehicle and be prepared in inclement weather, as was the case in our stay. Guest umbrellas at the hotel entrance would be really useful as we were drenched getting back from the overflow parking.
