The Tower Hotel Fallsview

Parking was off site- but the views were amazing. Would stay again!

Staff was very polite and courteous, and the rooms were very clean.

I stayed here solo for 2 nights mid March in a Full Fallsview Room. My first time ever to Niagara Falls. The view from my room was spectacular. I never even turned the TV on once. Didn't need to. I just sat in front of the window enjoying the view. Nothing negative to say about the room. The bed was comfy. The staff at the front desk were great. I went down and asked for more coffee for my room and she gave me the basket and told me to take whatever I wanted. They called a cab for me the morning that I checked out to take me to the train station.

The room was clean and updated. Offsite parking only a 10 minute walk away if you opt to not take the free provided shuttle

The room was amazing. I would definitely book here again. I got the city view and it was awesome. The windows are very clean and the room was excellent. It has a luxurious feel. The staff was very friendly and the IHOP restaurant view on the 26th floor was breathtaking

We had a Full Fallsview Room. Room was nice but on the small side. The cost of the room, was for the view which was great.

The room was a good size and had a great view. The bed was really comfortable, however the air con was really loud and difficult to turn off, plus the shower water pressure was really low.

Great place to stay. Worth it

The view is exactly as advertised, breathtaking. Easy walk to the falls and restaurants.

Tower Hotel was very nice. We had the best room they offer and the view was unbeatable. The absolute only complaint is that the room was small due to the shape of the hotel and there was no water in the room other than that it was a wonderful experience!

The IHOP that’s in the build is alittle pricey and they do give you coupons to use there, but only if you get two adult entrées.

$40 to park off site.

It was the first hotel we’ve stayed in where the parking was not included. It was a surprise addition. It appears to be an issue all over the city. Be prepared.

The parking was convenient as it was off season so able to utilize parking structure next door. Restaurants in the hotel were closed which was a disappointment & not told ahead of time and discovered when attempted to eat there. View from room was amazing, quiet easy access to falls and parks.

Amazing stay, great room - modern and clean. Free access to observation floor. Would stay again.

Anything was good just we had problem for parking because so far

Stunning View Marred by Hidden Fees and Hostile Management I stayed at the Tower Hotel (Room 2704) from March 28-29. While the view was incredible and the room was clean (aside from some leftover decorations from previous guests), the checkout experience was the most unprofessional I have ever encountered in the hospitality industry. As an Ontario resident, I requested the removal of the Tourism Improvement Fees (TIF) totaling over $19.00 (charged on both the room and parking). The staff at the front desk met me with immediate hostility. I was told these were "mandatory taxes" and that they "couldn't do anything about it." Fact Check: The $6.00 Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) is a city by-law, but the TIF is a discretionary business fee. Misrepresenting a business fee as a government-mandated tax is a violation of the Ontario Consumer Protection Act. When I asked for a breakdown of the charges and requested to speak with a manager, the desk agent refused, claiming she "didn't like my tone." I was firm but respectful; she was dismissive and unhelpful. It got worse: • We were told our shuttle was outside. When we got there, it was gone. The valet then insisted it was there when he sent us out, implying we were lying. It felt like a deliberate attempt to spite us for questioning the bill. • When I called back to get the General Manager's name/schedule, the staff was extremely rude, refused to give a time he would be in, and eventually hung up on me. • Upon my final call to ide

The location of the hotel is excellent. From our penthouse level room, we could see the full view of Niagra Falls.
