The room was great. Just as expected. The staff were exceptional. Don't bother with the free breakfast, all junk.

Great location-access from TC1/view of mts! Safe parking. Beds/bedding were great. Price was fair.

Awesome, comfortable beds, and I usually have a hard time sleeping at a hotel. It was clean and I loved all the pink :) It would be great if they had some further information about the inn in their welcome book... Where to find the ice machine, info about the grab and go breakfast, that there is a microwave for use in the lobby and how to use the A/C. I had to ask how to turn on the fan because it was getting warm and there is a switch on a far wall that I hadn't seen. Just little things and the staff were friendly when I asked questions, I would just rather not have to ask. I would stay again, for sure :)

Deck door were dirty. Suggest a deck chair on the deck.

Frankly, one of the best inn in kamloops. Friendly, receptionist and better room service. Room service staff has come in the morning and ask our requirements. It has nice view place and very quiet place. I would like to highly recommend this place.

We had a very pleasant stay at Vista Inn. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the environment was quiet, which made it very relaxing. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants, and the surrounding scenery is quite nice. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable right away. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, offering good value and a comfortable experience. Definitely worth recommending!

This is a budget small-company hotel with friendly staff & nice views. I'll say right away it's been my favourite in Kamloops & I will stay here again. It's had a renovation somewhat recently, though the bathroom could've used some work. The pipes make loud noises & the sink was leaking, but it was fixed right away. There's a bathtub, though it's shallow. Regardless, there was plenty of hot water & the plug worked. I didn't, personally like the toiletries, as the smell was very dollar store ocean breeze, & there was no body wash/soap in the tub, just a 2-in-1 wash & shampoo. The hand soap was rough on my hands, so I used my own hair & body wash. Beds & pillows were Goldilocks comfy. No microwave but there's a fridge, coffee but no tea. No available power plugs at the desk, just by the beds. The beds & surfaces were clean, though the doors & lightswitches could have used a bit of a deep clean. They don't use harsh smelling cleaners, so if you're sensitive to scents this is a great place. I have mobility issues & they were happy to accommodate. Regarding accessibility, the door to the lobby is very difficult to open if you have a walker or wheelchair & there is no button to open it. As it's on a hill, even if you get a ground floor room, you still get a balcony & a view overlooking the river which was a nice surprise. There's a large step out to the balcony & it is small so it's not very accessible but it's still nice. Doors have multiple locks & I felt safe staying here.

The staff were friendly, the room was very tidy. Although the room was so cold and I think they need new baseboard heaters. One of the staff members was kind and brought us a portable cube heater. I wasn’t impressed with the continental breakfast. It was more of a grab a couple things, fruit, yogurt, packaged muffins,and go.
