The front desk people and the manager went out of their way to suggest and then assist me get a refund as one of the rooms I had reserved through Expedia was no longer needed because my friend Darrin--0the intended occupant--had suddenly died in a fall accident the previous week. I thank the entire staff for their support and compassion in understanding my friend's tragic accident. Thank you. Craig O'Connor

We had an awesome stay! Valet parking was awesome for only an extra 12$ Can order drinks from the bar downstairs and bring to your room was cool. All the staff from the front desk, to valet to the bar staff were super helpful and very friendly! The bed was so comfortable with lots of soft pillows. Best sleep. We are definitely staying here again :)
