Perfect Location

Great location, walking distance to the old Quebec City. However the property was very old and not well maintained, requires complete renovation. We booked two superior rooms, no AC with one of it, venting system was broken with the other room. Towels were dirty, looks awful, require replacement. There was sign of rat with one of the rooms. Can’t imagine what the standard room look like if this is the condition for a superior room. Terrible experience, ruined the whole trip. Should have asked for a refund, had I knew the condition of my friend’s room. Very disappointed.

Booked for 1 night, Location is good close to mostly tourist spot, parking is available for 25$. Room is okay, Unfortunately there's a hair on our pillow case need to asked for a fresh one.

Located in a bustling part of Quebec City minutes from old Quebec. It is more of a small quaint place to be. The room was lovely with high ceilings and old brick wall. One thing I would recommend is the grout on the tiles in the shower be maintained better. A good scrub would do wonders. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Located on Vieux Quebec which means it rates high in walkability to the many important and noteworthy sights (Plains of Abraham, Citadelle, etc). Grande Allee is a major road with lots of eateries and bars so it can get noisy. We were there during the FEQ Festival d'ete de Quebec so the road was closed from traffic and there were DJ booths right outside, very festive vibe. Another plus, Metro Cartier was a 15 mins walk, so you can load up on basic food items while there (if you're on a budget). Room was so-so, our room didn't have a window as it was the fire exit, hence no view and could not keep curtains open. Bathroom was tight. We did have a fridge and AC. You can request for fresh linens if you want. Also there's a microwave for all to use and an ice maker. No breakfast but there's Au Petit Chalet right down the road which serves breakfast and brunch. There's a coffee maker in the room, alternatively if on a budget there's a depaneur (convenience store) nearby for coffee, as well as a coffee shop. For the price per night and location it was budget friendly.

It is an old bldg and not renovated. The dark blue velvet carpet in all the hallways must have been at least 50 years old. The fridge smelled and was not clean. The rooms are old and I actually slept with the light on. It was overall dingy. No elevator either and steep stairs to 3rd floor rooms. Its def a 2 star hotel. Next too a hostel near by.
