Room is clean, bed is comfortable, bathroom is separated between dry and wet area. Toilet has a Japanese bidet, toiletries smell good. There is a full mirror in the foyer area. The foyer is spacious to put luggage and hang clothes. Hotel reception can help to keep your package before you arrive. Washer, dryer, iron/steam are available for free on the same level as the gym. Many small food stalls around, KFC, 7-Eleven, and FamilyMart. MRT is within walking distance and very close to the hotel. Easy to pinpoint for grabbing a taxi or Didi (e-hailing).

I stayed three nights at The Langham, Xintiandi (booked 2 rooms for me, husband, and kids) and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing stay after a long day out. The staff were consistently helpful, attentive, and professional. The location is truly superb—right in the heart of Xintiandi, surrounded by excellent cafés, restaurants, and high-end stores, making it very convenient to explore the area on foot. I would gladly stay here again.

Excellent experience staying here with a free upgrade to a King Suite. Enjoyed my stay here. The room is clean and the location is near many attractions nearby.

Everything was excellent. The hotel building: very nice and new. Location: close to everything, restaurant, convenience store, Metro, park. Hotel room: very nice with good view. Concierge staff: very helpful, they help me very much with my taobao parcel.
