Room was okay but a lot of noise sounded like a lift and/or chairs being dragged along the floor at all hours. Shower was good and powerful but very narrow baths to stand in and water went everywhere over the floor

Room was generally clean and tidy.
Cracked floor tile in bathroom with water stains to the wall.
Showering… no hot water!!! Had to leave the hot tap running over the basin to get any warm water through the shower.
Bedroom was cold, thermostat would not work to increase the warmth of the bedroom.
Breakfast was massively overpriced so walked into town for breakfast.
Bed was comfortable.
Staff friendly.

Bed very hard. VIew outside of the window was another building very close with pigeons cooing all night on the window sill. The bedside lights did not turn on independently from the main lights, so either in the dark or all lights on.

Lovely hotel. Staff very helpful. Rooftop bar lady making cocktails was awesome. Ate in Marco Pierre White which was very good. Only down side was our rooms view was a brick wall. Would stay here again just not in room 229.

The hardest bed in the world! Been to this hotel many times (we even had our wedding reception there when they first opened). We stayed in December and had the worst night's sleep due to a rock hard mattress. Thought it was just bad luck as never been like it before, stayed again this week and clearly they have changed all mattresses. Worst night sleep ever! Mattress so hard!. Not what you expect from a luxury hotel!

Breakfast was very good, good variety and hot. My wife is Lactose intolerant and wheat free. The staff were very helpful in making sure that she was given freshly cooked items.
The room was clean ans Sraff very friendly. We didn't use the bar as were were attending an R.A.F. Reunion. The only disappointment was the cost of the car park.
