Check out process was a complete mess, tried checking me in under a different name! Rooms are ok but nothing special for a high class hotel, no main light in the room, no fridge, tv is barely usable as no guide, no apps, no connection to it The worst part was only one lift working and queues were long! Average at best

We didn’t have breakfast The first room we had was b Very very noisy especially from a ‘loud alarm kind of noise from the lift’ thankfully the staff were excellent and re-roomed us. The hotel was noisy due to the refurbishment ( only during the afternoon) lots of drill noises etc All of the staff we met were excellent, in all aspects of their job. The overall condition of the hotel was well below what we expected, it’s obvious why the carpet is being replaced as it was dirty and heavily stained both in the corridors and in the room. The hotel just needs a bit of care …… The heating was inconsistent but thankfully it didn’t detract from our stay The hotel is in a great location …. It just needs sprucing up

No complaints whatsoever about the rooms - absolutely spotless. My concerns lie with mistakes made at reception. I had booked two rooms and in an attempt to put me and my friend on the same floor ended up giving us the same room. This was rectified the moment we realised we both had the same room number and went back to reception. We were also told that our rooms came with breakfast (I didn't remember booking breakfast but thought if it's in the system I must have) but when we went up to breakfast we weren't on the list and had to pay separately. Not a very good car park design either as our vehicle was too high to use the regular exit so had to come back out via the entrance.

The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was noisy and there was NO HOT WATER for a shower. Excuses from staff were appalling and they were badly informed about breakfast costs.

Room very comfortable and clean. Lovely bathroom. Unfortunately, there were events on in the ballroom two floors above and the very loud music made sleep difficult on both nights. Would definitely stay again, but in a room on first floor instead.

Vlot inchecken en nette kamers. Fijn bed en goed ontbijt. Enige minpuntje: douche in de badkuip, daardoor iets minder comfortabel.

Hotel staff was friendly, polite and professional. However, the carpet in the corridors and rooms are like a pub from 1998, more stains than a crackheads pants.

I arrived after a 9hour drive at 9pm to find no parking, when entering the very small car park it takes you off to a divert of 10 mins to find your way back. Was then asked to park 5 mins down the road and to lug all my luggage in the rain. Was welcomed by possible to rudest person I have met in a long time and I work in sales so that really is saying something! She was very unhelpful, was not willing to offer any help or alternatives. Carpets to the bedrooms look like someone has had a mud fight and ground it all into the carpets. Digital Door key would not work so had to obtain back at reception. The fact I had breakfast included hadn't made its way to the restaurant so I had to prove that which was fine. The girl there was SUPER polite so that was nice to see at least 1 person working there was pleasant. I then had to make my way back in the pouring rain with all my luggage back to my car the next morning in a nice suit ready for my next meeting! It is a shame is it is a very nice building and the food was good. Just needs staff that actually appreciate the customers paying their wages and a car park bigger than a shoe box which really should be mentioned before booking.

The staff were friendly and the room was nice but the breakfast was a little disappointing. The little jug of milk for tea/coffee was sour and the hash browns were anaemic. I expected better from a Hilton and have had better breakfasts in cheaper hotels.

The stench of cigarettes throughout the building, in the room was even worse. Room view na rubbish bins. Terrible experience. Never again.
