Nice stay - clean, safe place.

Bed very hard. VIew outside of the window was another building very close with pigeons cooing all night on the window sill. The bedside lights did not turn on independently from the main lights, so either in the dark or all lights on.

A very nice hotel and stay. A couple of things could have been slightly better (creaky bed and £16 for overnight parking) but overall a good hotel.

Lovely hotel and perfect location, with a car park. Really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely return.

Hotel was nice, staff excellent, rooftop bar / terrace excellent on a warm evening, pleasant location above marina.

Lovely hotel. Staff very helpful. Rooftop bar lady making cocktails was awesome. Ate in Marco Pierre White which was very good. Only down side was our rooms view was a brick wall. Would stay here again just not in room 229.

The hardest bed in the world! Been to this hotel many times (we even had our wedding reception there when they first opened). We stayed in December and had the worst night's sleep due to a rock hard mattress. Thought it was just bad luck as never been like it before, stayed again this week and clearly they have changed all mattresses. Worst night sleep ever! Mattress so hard!. Not what you expect from a luxury hotel!

Perfect location with all amenities in the city within walking distance. Delicious cocktails and lovely room!

Breakfast was very good, good variety and hot. My wife is Lactose intolerant and wheat free. The staff were very helpful in making sure that she was given freshly cooked items. The room was clean ans Sraff very friendly. We didn't use the bar as were were attending an R.A.F. Reunion. The only disappointment was the cost of the car park.

New construction business hotel in downtown within walking distance of all sights. Good air conditioning.Wall to wall carpet in hallways and rooms. Good service .Lively neighborhood outside along the water but no noise at least in room at the side and back. Ideal tourist location. Would definitely stay again.

Our king sized room was lovely all though it did lack some natural light as there was only one small window. Breakfast was okay.

Tv didn't function correctly. Advised in tye morning. When we got back it still didn't work. Advised again and was told maintenance had left!

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had everything we needed - we asked for more green tea at reception which was supplied immediately. Parking - we were very pleased we arrived early on the day (around 10 am) and were able to leave the car in the car park then even though we obviously couldn’t check in. Spaces were at a premium and as we had functions to attend all day that were walkable it was great to have the car secure and not have to worry about getting a space later on. Bed was comfortable but the aircon went off in the middle of the night which was a bit annoying as we got very hot. Breakfast was in a nice airy room with a view of the waterfront. Lots of choice - cooked, pastries, toast, cereal, fruit. Cooked items were not quite as hot as I’d like but cappuccino from coffee machine was delicious. Pleasant staff - shout out for the young lady who had recently broken her jaw - very sweet and friendly. All in all, impressed with hotel and would definitely look to stay with Doubletree Hilton on future travels.

The breakfast was fresh and good standard. Sausages were nice and a level above the usual catering tat you usually get at hotels. Staff were good and pleasant. The actual booking and stay was a SHAMBLES. The hotel had OVERBOOKED THEMSELVES. I had booked a room with a queen bed and the room was given to another customer before I got there. That’s completely wrong and disgusting. Also it’s very incompetent of a hotel to overbook themselves. I am not comfortable in a single bed, which is what I was given. I would think twice about staying here again after the utter mess up of this. I only booked a night and a large, comfortable bed and I didn’t have a comfortable night at all. The Holiday Inn would be where I’d choose to stay another time.
