DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln

Room had the smell of stale smoke, carpets filthy in room and on corridors. Staff thought an aerosol can would sort the smell in the room….. under par for a Hilton hotel.

There were some issues, but they were sorted out very quickly, and the staff are brilliant

the hotel was lovely the only thing that let it down was the view there wasn't any you looked out on to a brick wall also the mountains of bird Poo outside the window was disgusting so you could not open it spoke to them at reception and they said its the look of the Draw which was terrible it is a health Hazard such a shame as a nice Hotel and the Staff were amazing especially the young Dark haired girl from Yorkshire she was a joy also a good roof top Bar

Good walking distance to all amenities. We always stay at Hilton Hotels if available in planned destination. This hotel looks tired and needs an uplift, carpet has stains and holes in areas. We only stay the one night but our bed is creaky every time you move. Efficient staff at reception. Good breakfast selection, usual for doubtree. Overall ok for a one night stay.

Nice hotel with nice staff. Good size room with comfy bed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and had everything you needed.location was excellent. The rooftop bar was great overlooking the waterfront. Prices for drinks were reasonable as well

Room was clean and warm, hotel staff very freindly and breakfast was delicious, eould definitely stsy again

The electric bar was excellent with great views.

Avoid Saturday nights if you want to sleep before midnight. Pounding music from the top floor when events are held. It did drown out the humming sound of the air con vent that was continuous despite switching off. Beds were comfortable.

Hotel nice apart from corridor carpets, staff lovely, breakfast lovely. Room was noisy, could hear music until 12.30am,also room was opposite gym where people were in and out throughout our stay and at 6am banging door

The hot breakfast was cold. Check out staff more interested in talking to one another rather than checking me out. Overly expensive parking.

Only one night stay but room was good, bathroom was clean but bed was uncomfortable and creaky. Breakfast was lovely and staff were polite and helpfull.

The staff were so very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, the bed was super comfy. Toilet seat not on properly and fire alarm went off! But i would still definitely come back. Oh and couldn't work out how to get into the car park.

Lovely and clean, staff very welcoming and helpful, good food, can't really fault our stay at all.

Stayed here for business for a couple of nights. Location is great, however, that’s where it stops. The carpets in the corridor on level 2 are quite stained, and look quite dirty. There are lots of cut outs that have been replaced that looks tatty. A so called superior room is simple at best, from amenities, lighting configurations and bathroom layout. No heated towel rails or heated mirrors. When you purchase a superior room and pay £180 a night, I don’t think a complimentary bottle of water would absorb all their profit. Unfortunately for me, I had an isolated unpleasant experience in the restaurant with an arrogant student type waiter who clearly does not understand customer service.

I was only here for 2 days but found it easily, was able to park (if a bit pricey) and charge my car there. Breakfast was good quality and value. The room was very well appointed and comfortable so slept well. The only small criticism was the bar which had very loud pounding music playing in the evening even when empty. Wanted to watch the snooker with a drink but TV was behind the bar so seemed to be more for the staff than the customers. Went back to my room, instead.
