A lovely hotel decorated in a decadent Art Deco style. Very easily acceased from Paddington Station - literally just off the platform concourse and up one level! Our room was large and very quiet. The staff were plentiful and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. My only small gripe would be that the air conditioning was too fierce in the breakfast area. Our cooked breakfast and cups of tea went cold before we could consume it!

The hotel is great its just old and needs new carpet but the rooms are a good size, as are bathrooms and beds comfortable and you absolutely cannot beat the location for jumping on the Heathrow express for an early morning flight and the tube stations.

We really appreciated the spacious room with high ceilings. It was nice to not feel like we were packed like sardines. Surprised to find no refrigerator, which was an inconvenience for us, and no extra cot even though we’d booked what was called a “family room” for 2 adults plus 1 child. The real kicker here is the convenience to Paddington Station, literally an extension of the hotel itself. It was perfect for an early morning departure on the Heathrow Express.

Not the most charming location but extremely convenient and it is easy to get to anywhere from Paddington. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and room/bathroom were well equipped including excellent water pressure.
