Nice hotel with everything we needed. The staff were all professional and polite. The bar was decent and they asked everyone if they wanted another drink before closing. The breakfast was good. We would return if we ever stop in Nottingham again.

This is my second time at Leonardo Hotel Nottingham and the experience is still great! I have found the staff to be very responsive and friendly, particularly Clodagh who checked me in during a busy time but still maintained the same warm and friendly posture and Izzy her manager that quickly responded to a query I had later on that evening. I really appreciate the customer care which makes all the difference. A tip for anyone booking; the breakfast here is the best...don't miss it!

The room was ok, bathroom tired and not as clean as it could have been. We requested a duvet cover change as the duvet cover had a hole that someone’s toe kept getting stuck in. It was not changed. The towels had seen better days, two had holes/rips in. No biscuits were available in the room, we requested some and were told they would arrive by 9pm but none did. On a plus the shower was easy to operate and the staff we dealt with her friendly.
