Small but clean room. Staff were friendly. Perfect central location right on the doorstep of Hyde Park and Oxford Street. The hotel offers a green scheme where you can skip a night of housekeeping and you revive a voucher in return to redeem at the hotel. This was a lovely surprise to treat ourselves to an onsite Starbucks! Lovely hotel, would definitely go back!

A lovely stay in a perfectly located classic. We were really impressed by all of the staff, they were always professional, friendly and eager to help. The only negative is the bed which is too small for a deluxe category room.

Stayed for 1 night for a business visit. Check in was incredibly smooth, and reception desk staff were friendly and helpful. I was fortunate to get an upgrade to an Executive Room, which was fantastic - large, comfortable bed in a spacious room. I heard no noise from surrounding rooms and had an unusually great nights sleep for a hotel room. And a great location, right on the Marble Arch corner of Hyde Park - just with I'd had more time to spend there. Will certainly look to stay here again in future.

Excellent location, but rooms and bathroom need overhaul. Amenities in bathroom not replenished. I used to stay in this property in the past but this will be my last visit

We utilized a $10 (pound) coupon to be used in the Sound Bar which also served food. Sat down at a table and NO ONE approached us at all. After a while, I walked up to the bar and asked who appeared to be a manager if we are supposed or order at the bar and that we had been at the table for quite a while. He said no, and he followed us to our table and he personally took our order. The two drinks we ordered we could see were placed at the bar, but no one brought them to us. Not knowing if it was ok or not, I went and grabbed them and brought them back to the table. In our room, there was a toilet issue - took 8 flushes to properly flush. We did report this. I am a small, 5'2" person, and my shoulder, when sitting on the toilet, was less than an inch from the sink vanity. The doorman was the best ever and we tipped him well.

Location, Location, Location! This is the perfect hotel centrally located to nearby tube and bus stops which helped tremendously with navigating the city. Room and amenities were good nothing over the top the decor was awesome lots of photo opportunities in the lobby. There was a smell going on in the lobby not sure exactly what the case was could be a sewer line. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the doorman is a gem.

Our stay was spoilt by the poor used towels in the bathroom which clearly had been overlooked and were not luxurious as one would expect in a hotel of this type

Central London ok, but it is a very expensive hotel for the quality of the rooms - had inside looking twin room that was very small. Two people staying in the room and only one large towel on 2 of the 3 nights we stayed there. Asked for more for the service staff but only used their initiative once. No hand soap for the duration of the stay despite asking for it. Seems a pretty simple request. Hotel shop is seriously over-priced. Can't get over how expensive this place is and that's me saying that coming from Dubai. Hells Kitchen was a ghost town every night we peeked inside. Not inspiring place to eat. Would I go back - sorry, but that's a no.

Felt there was a strange smell throughout the hotel as soon as you walked in and the room itself wasn't the cleanest. Location though was fantastic

It smelt strongly of the sewer at reception. Very basic hotel room, with poor in room amenities. Poor reception staff - felt like a very budget hotel experience at check-in. Which is a shame, as I stayed here quite a few years back and it was much much better.
