Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Kelly the manager looked after us when we had a change our reservation for personal reasons. We were very grateful. The room was beautiful and maintained to a very high level. Would highly recommend and we will definitely return.

The Selwyn is a lovely boutique hotel close to everything Richmond has to offer. The staff were attentive, the room was lovely, the proximity to shops, the river, and gardens was excellent. I will stay again next time I’m in Richmond.

What a lovely hotel. I love the location, a short walk to high street, a Pilates studio I enjoyed, to public transportation. I found the room to be clean and a nice size. Loved that it has air conditioning. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The feel of the space is elevated and serene. Would absolutely return to stay again.

Very cramped room subbasement level felt like Dungeon for £1260 for 6 night. It was not A Delux room!! No meals. No restaurant only breakfast

Everything was spotlessly clean, staff very friendly. Air conditioning was welcome in the extreme heat. I didn't eat breakfast apart from a croissant and tea outside. I would definitely stay again, a very quiet and beautiful hotel.

We only stayed one night before our trip back to the US but it was wonderful. The room was a bit small but that’s not unusual for European hotels. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. But I would like to give a special shout out to the staff. They were all so pleasant and ready to help with anything from front desk to the wait staff.

We stayed for 2 nights for Happy Place Festival (about 15 minute walk). It was very hot weather so it was hard for the hotel to stay cool. The reception area was cool but the rooms struggle to keep to a cool temperature. The guy on reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I think a biscuit with the tea and coffee in the rooms would of been a nice touch. It was a pleasant stay and we would stay again.
