The beautiful Palm Court is amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Waldorf hotel. The staff were very friendly, professional and attentive. We were celebrating my partners birthday and the staff really helped make it a more enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend!

Great service from everyone. Helpful when my daughter needed her key re-actuvated and checking on her if everything elsse was fine. Special thank you to Tyrone at the front desk.

A complete disappointment! Super slow check-in and waiting for a long time while the receptionist was mingling with other guests at the counter. Room service food an absolute disaster. Like from a low grade cantina. I ordered twice and both time food arrived cold and completely underwhelming. Breakfast had a long line to wait to be seated while the staff took their time. Food selection at the breakfast very-very poor quality and super basic. Table was tilted, used sugar packages in the sugar container. Just horribly low quality throughout!! Gym very ugly looking, not maintained and cleaning buckets lying around. Just super poor place! I do not recommend at all.

My mum needed an accessible room. It was perfect. Wallk in shower with seat and adjustments to other facilities in the room without losing the5 star feel. Would highly recommend for any disabled guest.

This is our hotel of choice in London. The location is convenient to everything. The staff are always wonderful and helpful. The hotel has all the necessary amenities including a nice executive lounge with a nice breakfast and light snacks and happy hour. The gym is well equipped and quite spacious. I’m already looking forward to my return next year.

My stay at The Waldorf Hilton, London was wonderful. Douglass Reid and the entire staff made me feel comfortable and safe from the moment I arrived. I was especially grateful when Nisrine let me know my room was ready early and invited me to pick up my key. After traveling, that small gesture meant so much. The service was warm, professional, and truly attentive throughout my stay. The location is also perfect, sightseeing bus stopping right outside the hotel door, which made getting around so easy. Staff here is absolutely AMAZING! Rooms are fabulous, Restaurants are yummy. AND you can walk absolutely everywhere from here. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent location, clean room, friendly staff

Very centrally located hotel for Convent Garden. Pleasant staff - room was ok, am sure there were nicer rooms within the hotel and perhaps needed some modernisation. Would stay again in the future.

Staff & room were great. Breakfast service very slow on this visit. Disappointed that no usual dinner menu available due to Pot Luck Pop Up.

Front desk Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
