Nice place to stay, confortable and clean. Close to the access of terminal 3 of CDG

The property is very close to the airport and very easy to get to on foot. The air conditioning was labouring but it was over 40 degrees in Paris the night of our visit. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. Guests should be aware this is a self serve hotel. You check yourself in and out, you serve yourself meals. The only comment I have is that we booked a room on the first floor with a king size bed. It turned out to be a wheel chair accessible room. I think this should have been mentioned in the room description.

Helpful staff

It is an airport hotel. They are not expecting repeat business. But they did a good job. The staff was super helpful. The restaurant features airport prices.

I recently stayed at citizenM Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport from 13–14 June. While the hotel was convenient for airport travel, I have been disappointed by the handling of a concern that I raised during my stay. Before checking out, I reported a missing personal item to the front desk and was advised that the matter would be looked into. I later followed up by telephone and was again informed that an investigation would be conducted. Since then, I have been waiting for some form of update regarding the status of the investigation, but I have not received any communication. My concern is not simply that an item is missing, but rather the lack of follow-up, transparency, and communication after the matter was formally reported through the appropriate channels. What is particularly frustrating is that, given the time that has passed since the matter was reported, I would have expected at least a preliminary update regarding the investigation. For example, whether room access records have been reviewed, whether relevant staff have been consulted, or whether any findings have been made. Even if no resolution has been reached, providing basic information about the steps taken would demonstrate transparency and a commitment to addressing guest concerns. I understand that not every investigation results in a definitive outcome. However, when a guest reports a concern and is told that it will be investigated, it is reasonable to expect timely updates, even if only to confirm

I had the best nights sleep in a comfy bed with nice linens. A small room but wonderfully comfortable. The staff was super helpful at check in as well as at the bar restaurant—they “multi task” and do both. This location is terrific for an overnight stay for an early flight out the next day. It is within walking distance to the tram shuttle that connects all CDG terminals.

Everything one needs for a short stay though I would have like coffee/tea facilities in the room. Close to airport transit which made things very easy in the morning.

I have nothing but praise for this place. Yes, it's clean and convenient and the bed was super comfortable and everyone there very welcoming, but for me, the staff went above and beyond when I found upon arrival that I had lost my phone at the airport. The young woman, Emma, part of the welcoming staff at the hotel, was able to locate my phone -- as I went back to the airport to try to locate lost and found, she called my phone (which was on silent, by the way) at least five more times until the person who found it picked it up. That was so above and beyond that I couldn't believe it. I've stayed in five star hotels where the staff was no where near as helpful.
