Novotel Nice Arénas Aéroport

Convenient hotel and clean. It is located right across the airport. Hotel has a shuttle to airport that runs every 30 minutes. There’s a restaurant inside the hotel. Friendly staffs. In the future, I will definitely stay for an early flight leaving the next day. There’s a water filter cooler on each floor by the elevator which is a plus!!

Good hotel with the basic facilities. Gym was pretty decent.

Novotel is conveniently located near the airport but far away from good restaurants and bars. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle, which is a big plus. The bar and lobby areas are nice. Rooms are smallish but super-clean. Beds are comfortable but the AC never cooled the room! So typical! All in all a good stay, however.

This place was incredible, we had such a horrible time trying to leave France back home, we had multiple cancelled flights and delayed flights and this hotel was so close to the airport, had a free shuttle and was such a nice reprieve from the chaos. We had a great stay. Also everything was so clean and they were so accommodating to my 3 year old and even had a little kids corner

This comment is only for the Novotel Nice Arenas Airport because other Novotel hotels in different locations might have different services. "Only the executive room can have the slipper..."which was told by the reception when I asked for at the reception. This was a small thing but made me uncomfortable! From a customer view, I just don't understand this policy. As a 4 star hotel, do you want to use this policy to improve the loyalty of your executive customers and let them feel different? or you really want to reduce your costs in the Novotel Nice Arenas Airport by this policy? Perhaps there is no issue that you don't make the slipper ready in the standard room, but when customers ask for it, you should provide it!

We really enjoyed our stay here the night before our flight out from Nice. The airport was literally in walking distance and they also had a shuttle for us. The night before we were pretty tired so we didn’t even want to go out and we didn’t have to do the Bar and Restaurant were fantastic as was the service. I would definitely stay here again!
