Novotel Paris Les Halles

We went in the middle of a refurb, very basic space. Great location for getting around and plenty of stuff near by

The hotel’s condition was noticeably below expectations. The property appears quite worn, with carpets that are significantly aged—more so than what I’ve encountered in hotels of far lesser stated quality. Given the price point, the overall state of the facilities was surprising and difficult to justify. Breakfast, which we only attempted once, was particularly disappointing. Despite being included, the experience felt chaotic and poorly managed. Food items were frequently empty, and it was challenging to find staff available to replenish them. The breakfast area itself was extremely crowded, making it difficult to enjoy the meal at all. While the inclusion of breakfast is appreciated in theory, in practice it did not meet even basic expectations since we had to go buy food at a nearby cafe when staff were too busy to replenish breakfast items after a considerable wait.

Wonderful access to Paris!

I was looking for a good deal on a great location for this stay, so it was a delight to get there and find the hotel to be top notch. The staff members were professional, helpful, and friendly, abd the room was a lovely place to crash between outings. The popcorn in the lobby and generally friendly atmosphere enhanced the experience for the whole family.

The room did not get cool, unfortunately, which I prefer for sleeping, but it was possible to open the window. Also, no attention was paid to the coffee machine, and as such, it needed to be emptied and therefore did not work. Unfortunately, I had to ask multiple daily for refresher of milk, coffee pods, and even coffee cups. Otherwise, the experience was excellent, as was the location.

Stayed w my nieces at a nice room with two queen beds. Awesome variety of breakfast. The front of the hotel is being renovated only issue.

Great service, and central location by public transit.

The location was great! However the entire hotel is under construction which really defeated the purpose of booking this hotel. It wasn’t pretty. Loud noise. And the rooms/hallways were badly painted and structured. However like mentioned, location was too. Staff was okay.

Excellent location, walking distance from everything, excellent room, excellent bathroom, I would highly recommend it to everyone!

Construction ongoing on our floor not affecting our room but in the hallways. Unable to sleep beyond 8am with drilling, sanding and vacuum noise. Unfinished ceilings in the hallways showed all of the hvac system and hallway lighting was sub par.

The hotel is clean and the location is excellent. Many shops, restaurants within walking distance. 10 min walk to Lourve and the metro station in front of the hotel will bring you to everywhere you need to visit such as Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, palace of Versailles etc.

Great location and overall a pleasant stay. The place doesn’t have a sauna, the gym was under renovation (so I had to use the neighbouring hotel’s gym), and it was a bit difficult to find due to minimal signage. That said, the service was exceptional — Cristina, David, and Gabryella were all fantastic. A special shoutout to Leah for going out of her way to ensure vegan food options were covered. Their hospitality really stood out and made up for the inconveniences.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were lovely and extremely helpful throughout our stay. We arrived after spending a night at another hotel that we had to leave early due to poor conditions, so we were especially relieved to find such a welcoming and comfortable place. The hotel was in the middle of renovations, but it didn’t bother us at all. In fact, I believe we were given a newly renovated room on the third floor, which was very spacious and comfortable. After our experience with the first hotel, where the online photos were very misleading, we were hesitant about staying elsewhere in Paris. This hotel completely restored our confidence. The property was wonderful and located in a vibrant area. It’s close to the Louvre and Notre Dame, with plenty of shopping nearby, including high end designer stores. There are also many great restaurants in the area. It’s a lively and enjoyable neighborhood to stay in, especially if it’s your first time visiting Paris. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms

The hotel is under construction, but no noise at night, the staff is very friendly, and professional, the hotel is close to main attractions like the Louvre and Notre Dame, breakfast was very good.

In renovation works

Staff was helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Food was delicious, favorite meal of the day. Location of hotel is near several restaurants and shops. 10 minute walk to the Louvre.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Special shout out to Cristina the Guest Relations Manager. She greeted us and made our stay special. The room was nice and spacious. The location is perfect. Steps away from the subway and train station so it was easy transportation from Disneyland and an easy return back to Charles De Gaulle airport. The building is under construction so it was initially tricky to locate. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of yummy options. Walking distance to a large mall and lots of restaurants and asian foods.
