One small issue I noticed was with the body wash in the bathroom. It seemed to be almost empty, and it took quite a few pumps before anything came out. I was able to use the soap instead, so it wasn’t a big problem, but I was wondering if the bottles are usually refilled between guests. Other than that, the beach access from the hotel and the oceanfront view were absolutely amazing.

The staff was wonderful. Very professional, very friendly and always helpful. The property itself was disappointing. The hotel is listed as a four star, nothing that I saw warranted such a rating. How much of that had to do with the recent typhoon gives me pause in judging too harshly. The hotel was clean and provided a comfortable place to stay for a couple of days.

There was a typhoon when my son checked in. Staff did not provide extra towels knowing the rooms would be wet due to heavy right across from heavy rain and wind. I don’t. Hotel staff is dis not call the room to check if they needed water or any amenities. No announcements when checking in about the tropical storm
