The view from the room was beautiful and far exceeded my expectations. The pool was also amazing and very enjoyable. Unfortunately, the in-room water dispenser did not provide hot water due to a technical issue—it was very slow and never got hot. However, when I requested a kettle, the housekeeper brought one immediately, which I really appreciated. I did feel somewhat uncomfortable due to noise inside the building at night. Additionally, I found it difficult to use the staircases leading down to the beach, and I wish access to the beach were easier. But overall, it was very nice and I had a great time.

Staff was very accommodating. They are trying their best with what resources they’re given. I wish ownership will put more resources to improve an aging structure. The room was very clean and comfortable.
