The place is clean, queit and peaceful. The room and the bathroom is clean. The staff were so nice and friendly. The airconditioning works perfect. There were so many shops nearby to visit. The hospitality is amazing.

Manager is rude. Need to train there personnel to treat people nice. The manager said I will be block after the conversation for check out time.

Room, shuttle, and hotel in general were horrible.
The room was very basic and was the shuttle was non-existent. I called for the shuttle as soon as we got out of the airport and they told me to take a taxi due to them not having a shuttle available due to staffing. They did not offer any taxi services so we grabbed the first one we could get. Once we got there we asked again about the shuttle for our morning flight and they again told us to take a taxi. We asked if there was a cheaper option and they laughed when we told them about the taxi we took to get to the hotel. On the front desk the shuttle was offered from 4pm-7am for $17/person, which a cost was not on the website. They finally gave us a number for a taxi service that was slightly cheaper.
The hotel was a disaster construction tape everywhere. The room had loose wires hanging on the walls, there was no second lock on the door, and the blinds let a lot of light. There were stains on the comforter as well. Overall, Not impressed.

The ac was noisy as they have individual ac units in the room. I also didn’t like carrying bags upstairs without elevators. Aside of that everything was excellent and the best value all around. I appreciated the 24 hour check in desk.

The hotel is clean overall. The room and bathroom were clean and neat. It’s an older place and pretty basic. The price was great. It’s across the road from Shady Lady which was perfect for my purpose.

Well, the lock was very old-fashioned and I did see free bugs during my stay, but it could be because it’s the climate that I was in, but the staff was really nice. I like that the fact that they had a water cooler to refill your water bottle and the shuttle service was good Even though I didn’t need it on the way back cause I got a rental car unfortunately it’s not one of the hotels that you can get rides from for like Expedia events. They don’t pick up people at that hotel and I think that’s one of the reasons why it’s an eight out of 10 or I think they have themselves as an 8.4 I think they need to be a little bit cleaner And they asked me for a $20 cash deposit when I told him I didn’t have to cash it I forget about it, but they’re really good people. I think in order to get the 10 they need to make these improvements.
