Friendly helpful front desk with easy check in. Room are clean with fridge and bed is comfortable. McDonald’s is across the hotel, restaurants walking distance nearby, minutes from Micro Mall and airport. Rates are reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed 2 nights at New Harmon Loop to take an online exam. Wifi was a little unstable late in the night, but I had no problem when I took an exam in the morning. There are restaurants in the same building, just outside of the hotel, McDonald's right across the hotel, and other restaurants just around the corner. I would recommend this hotel to people like me.

The location is very convenient, with food places and a convenience store nearby. If you need something, the staff are helpful and responsive. I requested a few things during my stay and they handled them properly and professionally. Considering the price, I think it’s reasonable and fair for what you get. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
