I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've had. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel’s prime location made it easy to connect to either side of Mumbai, which was very convenient. Despite the busy and crowded environment, check-in was smooth, and from start to finish, I felt genuinely well looked after. So much so that I chose to extend my stay for an additional full week. It’s truly the staff who make a remarkable difference here. With their smiling faces, warmth, professionalism, and attentive service, they created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel special every step of the way. There wasn't a single moment during my visit where I felt disappointed or let down. If you're seeking superior service, delicious food, and impressive accommodations, this hotel offers all that and more. I can confidently say I will be returning again. All was excellent except the too high Air Conditioning. To eat at the restaurants one needs a jumper or a coat. Have Marriott Hotels never heard of a thermostat? A pleasant 22C with air conditioning would have been comfortable and fine.
