Very clean and very helpful staff. Only negative is I was trying to operate the lift and didn’t know that I have to use the key card to use. Staff was there and he could approach me help. He he looking at me and didn’t want to help and he was on the phone ( night staff)

Really good experience . The hotel , the staff and the property is simply excellent and value for money. Free airport pick and drop was provided which was really helpful since it’s located quite close to the airport.

Only issue with the pillow as that contributes to a restful sleep. Too hard. Requested for 2 soft pillows. They had only 1. So, slept with a folded towel under my head.

Had an excellent stay at Radisson Blu GRT Chennai. The hospitality and attention to detail throughout my visit were truly commendable. A special thanks to Mr. Andrew and Simmi at Ministry of Chutneys for their warm service and making every meal experience memorable. Roshan and Aman at the front desk were extremely professional, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. Chef Md. Noor Alam at Kebab Factory. Also, heartfelt appreciation to Gopi at the lounge for the wonderful hospitality and care. The entire team made the stay comfortable, seamless, and welcoming. Looking forward to visiting again soon and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chennai.

This was my third stay here in the last 13 months. I stayed for 3 days and truly loved the entire experience. One thing that stood out was during dinner with my family and friends—they assigned a dedicated staff member to take care of our 14-month-old baby, which allowed all of us to relax and enjoy our time together. The restaurant manager was also extremely flexible and accommodating to our unique requests. I strongly recommend this place.
