amazing welcome from staff. immaculate room - super convenient to airport

Excellent breakfast and courteous staff

The first thing I'm grappling with is that what is called five stars in India is 3 stars in Thailand and 4 stars in Philippines, but the same price. The AC was loud enough that I turned it off rather than listen to it. The internet was out in the entire Chennai area for most of my stay with weak communication. The "smart" functions were nothing but irritating and meant a very bright light always on in the bathroom when I had a headache that could not be turned off, and a garbage can which would not function that was electronically controlled and curtains which opened when I walked in and did not want them opening, flashing lights for no particular reason and just annoying stuff from start to finish, requiring multiple consults with staff at 1am when I arrived. The new manager, Arun, did a great job listening and understanding, apologizing and giving complimentary food/errands and late check out, which left a good feeling in the end, as did the amazing buffet breakfast. It took a while to get a manager to the room because the operator on the phone kept asking "regarding, what is" and then saying "I don't understand" but refusing to send a manager... for five minutes on two separate occasions, which meant waiting for 30 minutes.

Magnifique hôtel tout près de l'aéroport avec transfert gratuit. Très belle chambre avec une salle de bain "royale" et des toilettes japonaises. Superbe piscine aussi sur le toit. Quel dommage que nous n'ayons pas profité de cet hôtel plus longtemps.

Very nice clean rooms, courteous staff and good restaurant

Everything about our one night stay was wonderful. Wished we could have stayed more. We really enjoyed the casual dining bar and the pizza's. We were not giving the gold card at checkin and therefore missed the various offers. The Assistant catering manager at the bar was excellent and was very apologetic. He took time out to speak with us and explain. The service to the airport in the morning at 4.15am was excellent including the porterage and the car. Thank you Radisson yet again but wished we could have had the free leg massage after a 6 hour journey!

Good hotel and good rooms. Felt like in the process of creating a smart room they have even made simple thinga loke turning on the TV so difficult. They can make the rooms little more user friendly.

As I found elsewhere in South India, staff at both reception and the dining room had inadequate English for normal communication.

the service and staff were excellent. the food was very good with a wide variety. I did the half board which turned out to be wise cuz the hotel is rather isolated. my only complaint is that you have to tolerate the airport right next to you and you will hear airplanes all day and all night.

Hotel staff were eager to serve. Housekeeping requests were fulfilled promptly. Restaurant meals were delicious.

The stay was fantastic and the facilities and customer service was exceptional.

Beautiful property, well-maintained, and good dining options. Easy access to airport. The suites are spacious (don’t know about non-suite rooms) and luxuriously appointed. Highly recommend staying in one of their suites. Ministry Of Chutneys restaurant was good for breakfast but was so-so for dinner buffet. Some of the dishes were empty and they weren’t refilling them lol, which was odd. Breakfast buffet options were plenty and very tasty! Good staff, attentive and helpful.
