This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in the world. The hotel is simply stunning! Beautiful deco and clean. It has a beautiful ambiance. Right down to lighting, cushions and furniture everything has been thoughtfully curated. The hotel room was spacious and clean. Loved the ocean view from the room. Even has ocean view from the bathroom which was nice. What makes this hotel special was the service. Staff are amazing and the best asset of the hotel. The level of attention, kindness, respect and thoughtfulness of the staff is what makes this a great stay. They were so thoughtful that on the day we were leaving at 6am, they had packed us breakfast complete with hot coffee and orange juice. From arrival at the airport till our departure, the hotel staff was just outstanding complete with airport transfers and helping with security and immigration.Food at Spectra and Royal Lounge Club was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chennai. Can’t wait to go back!

Very clean and helpful stay. Only issue is you will receive lot of communication prior to travel and sometimes the regional folks and local folks don’t exactly communicate to each other. They will sort it out eventually.

Excellent hotel and beautiful rooms. Make sure you book dinner as the restaurants get very busy. I couldn't get a reservation and ate a small but enjoyable meal in the Library bar. The only slight negative was not being given a sea view room that I requested. Overall though very impressive and the staff are amazing
