We stayed one night only... it was great hotel with good food. Great location for the airport the next morning... Wonderful pool... with picturesque setting. Yes the room was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally attentive, polite and accomodating. I have stayed at some of the best hotels in the world but the Trident Chennai take it to a whole new level. You should be a 7 Star not 5 .
