The hotel staff is very friendly, the check-in/out process is very fast, less than 5 minutes. Parking for vehicles is free from the hotel, motorcycles or cars, just register at check-in. Room facilities are complete and very comfortable. Cold AC, comfortable mattress, all new towels, soap and shampoo smell really good. The lobby is aesthetic, the swimming pool is okay, there are complete gym facilities. Overall, it's very okay, the entrance is directly connected to the mall so it's easy if you want to go to the mall.

This is the first time I stay at Nuanza hotel, it looks like a big hotel with a large parking lot. The lobby was so modern, clean, and very spacious. The reception is very helpful and informative, thanks to Ms. Iren. Fast check-in, the room was large, clean, and full with amenities and facilities like a hairdryer and ironing for clothes. There is a mini-fridge and minibar if you need it, and a large wardrobe, etc. that I love.

Easy check in. No deposit. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Water heater & elevator available and I didn't have to wait for it. Cold Aircon. I couldn't turn off the fan. An honest account of my stay at Favehotel Cikarang. It was very impressive. The location was strategic, and the staff were very friendly, from the security guard to the hotel staff. The swimming pool facilities and breakfast at the restaurant were excellent, and the food was to my liking. Most interestingly, before entering the room, the HK team double-checked it. When checking in there was a problem with the room's AC, but the Enso team was quick to respond to immediately replace it with a more comfortable room. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall service made our stay feel easy and enjoyable. Breakfast was also really good, with plenty of options and great taste.
