When checking in there was a problem with the room's AC, but the Enso team was quick to respond to immediately replace it with a more comfortable room. The rest is no problem, clean and comfortable facilities, delicious food and a strategic location near the toll gate. All staff services are friendly and pleasant. Thank you for your hospitality.

An honest account of my stay at Favehotel Cikarang. It was very impressive. The location was strategic, and the staff were very friendly, from the security guard to the hotel staff. The swimming pool facilities and breakfast at the restaurant were excellent, and the food was to my liking. Most interestingly, before entering the room, the HK team double-checked it. This ensured maximum room cleanliness. Thank you to all the staff at Favehotel Cikarang. I will return and recommend it to friends and business associates.

This is my second stay. The staff, from the lobby to the swimming pool, are all friendly and polite. Every area is exceptionally clean; nothing disappoints. We'll be back next time.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the TVs have been upgraded to Smart TVs, making them a real treat. The food is consistently delicious and offers a wide selection.

Friendly staff, always smiling. Clean, fairly large room. Clean bathroom, complete bathroom amenities, kimonos, clean white towels, cool AC. Swimming pool, plenty of gym equipment, great hangout spot. Breakfast has lots of variety, delicious food, and the cakes and ice cream are delicious. Will come back again, God willing.

My first experience staying at Zuri Express Lippo Cikarang, the hotel is clean, comfortable, complete facilities, strategic location, friendly staff.

Close distance to the toll gate, close to the city center, access to various places doesn't make you a headache. The hotel staff is friendly.
