For those of us with small children, this hotel is by far the best. It has a kids-friendly pool, beautiful views, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a very friendly staff. When we go to Garut, this hotel is always our first choice.

I stayed at Santika Garut because I saw many people's comments saying their breakfast menu was extensive, delicious, and complete. When I stayed there, it was indeed delicious. Overall, my visit to Garut was truly memorable, and I was able to stay at Santika.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean and fragrant. The location is very strategic, especially if you're bringing children, as it's easy to find snacks and play areas. Hopefully, we'll be able to stay here again next time.

Security, receptionist, hotel staff are all friendly, clean rooms, nice views, lots of activities for children such as cooking classes, batik making, kite flying, drawing, 3D movies, night cinema in the garden area, mini zoo, photo spots, swimming pool with warm water available.

The location is very strategic, and I really like the TV, which can play all channels and is a smart TV that can access Netflix. Overall, I really like it.

The place is cozy and kid-friendly, with its rabbit park and boat area, and the atmosphere is truly beautiful and cool. Kids will enjoy playing, and parents will also rest comfortably. 😍

A hotel with mountain views, a lake where you can play boats and ride ducks, a flying fox, and a heated swimming pool. The best view is in the morning. You can feed the adorable koi fish.

Every staycation here feels like a second home. The resort staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. All the facilities have been well-maintained and maintained for decades, and are continually being upgraded. The rustic ambiance is beautifully presented, the food is of a high standard, and every corner is aesthetically pleasing. The views, morning, noon, and night, are the best among all Cipanas accommodations.

Everything was excellent, from the service, the rooms, the pool, the food, and even the view from the balcony, which offers beautiful natural beauty. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere is quite comfortable. The room is clean. I stayed in the Anggrek room. It's enough for two people. It's not very spacious, but it's comfortable enough for the price. The view from the room is really cool, directly overlooking the mountains, which is very calming. The staff and security are very friendly. Easy access. Thank you 🙏😇
