I love this place and will always come back. It's close to Simpang Papandayan, so if anyone wants to go up to visit the volcano, it's easy access. Will stay again and again.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in. The cleanliness of the villa's interior and exterior is maintained. The views are spectacular, surrounded by mountains. Meals can be delivered to the villa.

The six of us stayed in three junior suite rooms and were very satisfied with our two-night stay. Everything was fine. We'll stay here again next time we visit Garut.

We got a room on the third floor with a stunning 180-degree mountain view. The room was comfortable, the pool area was kid-friendly, and there was a separate Jacuzzi.

The staff are very friendly, with hot and cold showers. Complete facilities include warm and cold swimming pools, a children's playground, a flying fox, and water bikes. You can feed the fish in the lake and enjoy unlimited canoeing. There's a bridge that crosses the lake. The overall design and facilities are excellent. Cleanliness and paintwork need to be improved to attract more guests. Best of luck!

The service was very friendly. I arrived early and was treated very well. They also informed me that the room would be ready before 2:00, so I could move in. So, I moved in at 1:00 (a weekday). The view is absolutely beautiful. Aaa, I really like Sabda Alam 😍

Totally worth it! The room amenities were as described, and the location was great, not far from downtown Garut. There are also quite a few food options around the hotel, with cafes right and left. A huge plus was getting a room with a direct mountain view. The best!
