If you stay at BSD area, don’t miss this hotel. Best choice for business travel—room is modern, clean, and comfy, a lot of breakfast varieties, and most importantly, so well connected to Aeon Mall that you won’t find it difficult to entertain or feed yourself after a long working day haha. Staff is very kind and helpful as well, definitely will be my next stay choice when I come back to this area.

I've stayed at the Santika BSD Hotel several times. It's top notch👍. It's close to the mall, just go downstairs and you'll find Teras Kota Mall. I'm especially impressed by the excellent service from the receptionist, Mr. Ansori, who is friendly, smiling, and very helpful. Santika BSD is the best 👍😍

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive whenever I needed assistance. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby facilities and transportation. Great location for my purposes, walking distance to the AEON mall which has everything you might need. The hotel itself was clean, service was good. There were interesting facilities which I didn't use this trip, but will consider for my next trip.

The room is very comfy and everything worked great. Warm water running smoothly, Wi-Fi and Netflix, mini refrigerator, and even an electric kettle.
