Our stay at El Hotel was truly memorable. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. Afternoon tea was also included. We were also pleased that, as it was our first time staying at El Hotel, we were upgraded and allowed to check in early due to availability. We have no regrets about staying here. The hotel is spacious and doesn't look dated.

The best staycation! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by all the staff. The welcome drink was refreshing and made us feel instantly at ease. Special thanks to Risya at the reception, who was super friendly and helpful.
We entered the room, feeling cool and comfortable. Best of all, all the amenities were available without restrictions, making our stay even more enjoyable. The view was breathtaking, especially in the morning when we woke up to the sound of birds and the soothing flow of water, plus the fresh air.
Checkout was also quick and easy, with Asep very helpful and escorting us to the lobby. The food and drinks were also delicious; absolutely nothing was a disappointment.
We will definitely be back again and again. Thank you, The Gaia Hotel Bandung, for such a wonderful stay!

The service is super duper, making you feel at home. All the staff are helpful without being asked, even overly sensitive. The rooms are among the top three "comfortable" hotels in Bandung. Family-friendly, great facilities, kids-friendly, and no tantrums at all. Hopefully, I'll bring my family here again soon.

Everything was great, from the moment we entered the gate, we were greeted and assisted by security. Check-in was seamless, assisted by the prompt receptionist. The rooms were nice, neat, and clean.
