Everything was great, from the moment we entered the gate, we were greeted and assisted by security. Check-in was seamless, assisted by the prompt receptionist. The rooms were nice, neat, and clean. The HK team was awesome. The FB team was also amazing, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. Excellent!

Besides its strategic location, the hotel smells fresh and clean upon entering, and the staff are friendly. Although the room was small and budget-friendly, it was well-equipped with clean toilets, cool air conditioning, and quick hot water. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Bandung.

The receptionist was fast responding, yesterday I happened to be with Kang Pajar, and my staycation here happened to be when my wife was attending a painting exhibition in the lobby. Because it's close to the mall, it's really convenient if you want to buy food for breaking the fast. Of all the hotels we've visited, this is one of the best because it's rare for a hotel to provide bolsters in the room. Harris Hotel is different, this one has fulfilled our request, using a connecting room there are bolsters in each room, and most importantly, there is a dispenser, so you don't have to keep going back and forth to make hot or warm breast milk, it's already near the elevator lobby on each floor. Alhamdulillah, I was very impressed, Thank you Harris Hotel.
