it's a very very great hotel.. strategic location in the middle of Braga street which is not difficult to find food because around the hotel there are many places to eat.. the room is spacious & comfortable (happened to stay in a suite room type) And the staff are friendly and fast response.. will definitely always stay again at this hotel. All staff are very kind and provide good full service. But the toilets in the lobby and musholla need full attention for cleaning. The floor is wet and there is no soap for washing hands in the toilet, which is unlike a 4-star hotel. I hope this situation will be better in the future. Thanks.

It was a total dud to get a Premier room for around 1 million rupiah, but the room was tiny, the breakfast had little variety, and the taste was lacking. Parking was also cramped and limited.

The location is very strategic, but the building is quite old, but it's still comfortable. The only downside is that the TV isn't a smart TV, and the signal seems to be weak, so the picture isn't clear. Wi-Fi is good, and breakfast is quite varied.

The non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes from night to morning. We complained about it the night before, but the smell was still there in the morning. The carpet was also unclean, and it's not recommended for those with small children.

The hotel was quite comfortable, but there were a few drawbacks. First, the AC was noisy/humming, the TV wasn't a smart TV, and there was trash under the bed, but not much. The elevator was scary because it was shaking. The food was quite good and varied, but there weren't many choices. But overall, it was pretty good for a staycation.
