I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days at this hotel. The place is good, I can see the Monas view from my room. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are super nice and really helpful. I will stay here again when I come to Jakarta. It’s very recommended.

The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant staff on the 10th floor was especially helpful during breakfast. Even though it was quite busy, the staff was very responsive, even though they were alone. This will probably be a good choice for future stays in Jakarta. Thank you.

The beds are comfortable for all ages. The breakfast menu is varied and healthy, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the surrounding area has a wide variety of culinary options, and the location is close to shopping centers and the National Monument (Monas).

The staff was super great, best out of hotels I've been so far. But the best bit would have to be the food. The breakfast buffet is incredible, as is the lunch buffet. Will come again just for the food!

Front desk staff were very professional and helpful during check-in and when I extended my stay. Also, lobby staff like the doorman and security assisted all the time with directions and some local advice on where to get certain foods. I had an enjoyable stay.

Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights to watch TDS4 JKT yesterday, because the location is strategic and not too far from JIS. The atmosphere is very homey, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean and there is a hairdryer too. The staff is friendly and nice. There is also a shared kitchen facility so you can cook haha. Really felt at home while staying here. Next time I come to Jakarta again, I will definitely come back here haha.

2nd time staying in this hotel! Please give my gratitude to Ichsan, Nadia, Joshua, and one other room service staff who handled my second order (I didn't catch his name). The bathtub in the Bulgari suite was big!! I'm tall and I can comfortably stretch out my legs! The food I ordered tastes good.
