Suitable for a staycation, business trip, or just a little healing in the midst of busy activities 🌙 Thank you for the warm hospitality, definitely will come back again 🫶

The location is strategic, all the staff are friendly, even the security guards are friendly. I'd definitely stay there again. The food is recommended, especially the Western food, which is a must-try.

The swimming pool is great for kids, with a kids-sized pool. Check-in was also smooth with Ms. Meilani, who was very friendly. The rooms are top-notch for a new hotel 😍

Always a comfortable stay here. The rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly, and check-in and check-out are easy. The breakfast is delicious. The location is strategic, and it's right next to Plaza Festival, so if you want to grab a bite to eat, you can just walk there.

I had a wonderful stay at Cove Southouse Residence. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy and the atmosphere was quiet, making it easy to rest after a busy day in Jakarta. The location is also very convenient, especially for accessing the Kuningan and Setiabudi area. Staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. The facilities were good and everything worked properly. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Very happy to have found this hotel, happy to be able to stay here and have stayed here twice. From all sides it really deserves a thumbs up. Strategic location, check in - check out is not complicated, from the receptionist to the aesthetic room, the most favorite because it is smoker friendly, unique because there are rooms that have a smoking area, there is a smart TV. Friendly security guards, friendly and very fast receptionists. For a fairly affordable price, I am very satisfied to get a service like this. Stayed from 28-30 Jan 2026, absolutely quick and hassle-free check-in and check-out. Clean, spacious, and everything ready in the kitchen and bathroom. Absolutely no issues and will book again. 10/10

The location is very strategic, both with public transportation and culinary options. Even though it's on the side of the road, it's not noisy. The staff is very friendly. The room size is sufficient for two people or even one child. Nice! Will be a regular if you need a place around Setiabudi 👍

The best, strategic, clean, not noisy, there is a clean shared kitchen too, the balcony feels like it's in your own room, the staff are friendly.
