Honestly, Novotel is the best hotel in Pontianak of all the hotels I've visited in Pontianak. There are no shortcomings, whether it's the facilities, the atmosphere of the rooms, the child-friendly swimming pool, or the 5-star restaurant menu. The staff are very friendly when met. For friends who read this review, I suggest booking a hotel with a balcony view of the pool. If the superior is usually a bit more energy-intensive to walk to the room. But overall, I'm satisfied. Thank you Novotel. Next time we will stay again with a balcony view of the pool.

after staying at several hotels in Pontianak, i can confidently say this is the best and most valuable hotel i've experienced. An exceptionally affordable price, yet the quality & service are outstanding.
the location is excellent, peaceful yet close to everywhere, With just IDR 10,000 (less than $0.6) by Grabtaxi, you can easily reach the city center.
their air conditioning works perfectly and makes me feel comfortable (like in heaven), having good AC is important essential in a tropical place like this.
the staff are very friendly and professional. the room is clean, fresh, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and smooth hot water for shower. The building has a lift and a clean, well kept ballroom. i also received a complimentary drink voucher at their rooftop.
the rooftop cafe is cozy and perfect for chill or hanging out. The food is delicious and served at an international food. On weekends, theres live music which creates a great atmosphere.
i had a truly pleasant stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pontianak.
This hotel will be my top choice when I return to Pontianak. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍👍👍👍👍
