The room was incredibly cramped. Check-in was also complicated, requiring check-in by 2:00. It should have been processed before 2:00 and only allowed to enter the room at 2:00.

The AC wasn't cooling. There were about five animals flying around in the room. The smell of smoke wafted into the corridor. Last night, I wanted to get GrabFood but was told to leave by the receptionist, even though the haze outside was very bad. Check-out took a long time, and the wait for my car was also very long. Because of the long wait, I went for coffee in the lobby but was reprimanded! When I went for breakfast, some of the food was empty! I've stayed here many times, but this time was very disappointing!

Too many rules, and the staff is slow. I booked three rooms, but one was hot and the AC was broken. I asked the staff to fix it, but no one came. Then my family came and asked for my ID card.
