The staff who greeted us were quite friendly, and the other staff were also friendly. Our room was on the lowest floor, as we had requested. Unfortunately, it was in the very corner, and the window had no view, just a high wall. The sheets and towels were no longer pristine white. A hair dryer was available for borrowing, but it had to be returned within 30 minutes due to limited availability.

The hotel is located right in front of Bumi UPI, a trendy eatery in Garut, so it's conveniently just a short walk away. The rooms come with prayer mats and Qurans, a plus, as these are rare in hotels. The only downside is the cold water in the pool, so kids can't swim.
