I'm happy to stay here.. The service is okay, the breakfast is delicious, to Bumi Upi just cross the road. The restaurant food is also affordable for hotel prices, so if you don't feel like going out at night, just order it and it will be delivered to your room.

The location is strategic, easy to get everywhere. The room was clean and fully equipped. I had a twin bed, but unfortunately, one of the mattresses was uncomfortable (it sagged). I also happened to order an extra bed for around 200,000 rupiah/night and was quite disappointed because the foam mattress deflated even when I sat on it. I don't know if it was just bad luck or what, haha.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to a convenience store and restaurants. The room and amenities were functioning normally. The iron and hairdryer could be requested by housekeeping within 30 minutes (as informed by the person delivering them). However, since they weren't picked up by the hotel staff, I left them in my room and returned them the next day.

I stayed overnight and it was incredibly noisy, with people working. It was uncomfortable to rest, and there was no confirmation from the hotel. Secondly, the hotel staff gave me the wrong Wi-Fi password, even though they confirmed the password had been changed. No wonder it wouldn't connect, and I ended up having to call the hotel operator.

Friendly service, and clean rooms.. Kidz friendly.. The hotel really pays attention to guest requests regarding what kind of room they want, for example, I asked for a connecting room to be prepared immediately.. Priority even though it's high season, it's hard to choose a room.. And this year, the fun thing is that we got souvenirs.
