The staff is very communicative and friendly, my first time visiting Jember I found the perfect hotel, the vibes are really chill.

The Wi-Fi is spotty, and the hot water isn't even warm, let alone hot. The TV won't connect to the Wi-Fi and has no sound. The restaurant's food is served on clear plates, like they're for gifts, but the taste is quite good. However, the presentation is really down. Customer plates could be upgraded. Thank you🙏🏻

Of the hotels I've been to in Jember, this one is the best. Perhaps because it's new, it feels comfortable and modern. The previous hotel felt a bit old-fashioned, which I accepted at the time, as it's a small town. But when I found Hotel Cendrawasih, I realized that a good hotel could be found at a reasonable price. The only downside is that there's no desk in the room, just a nightstand. So I couldn't work on my laptop.

Stafnya ramah, harga 111 dapet sarapan + teh hangat, kamar cukup luas, kasur ukuran king. Untuk kekurangannya, saya pesen buat 3 malam tapi setiap siang setelah pergi, kunci tidak bisa dibuka karena dianggep waktunya sudah habis. Harusnya kalau sudah 3 hari ya di setting untuk 3 hari. Pas masuk kamar ada pasir-pasir, ada semut, dan puntung rokok di laci, keran netes terus tapi ga terlalu mengganggu masalah keran. Perbaiki kebersihannya lagi ya, terima kasih.

The building is spacious, fun, the air conditioner is not cold, the hot water is seasonal, the door has a card, the tv channels are few and the tv is small, the cleanliness is good. Not given towels but for soap and shampoo, hopefully the hotel will stay victorious.

when checking in, the room is not yet cleaned. but employees respond quickly .. Alhamdulillah. shower does not work. it would be nice to improve. about the price okay ..

The place is comfortable, but for important facilities, there are no towels and blankets. What reviews are lacking or I don't know if the prices are different, the facilities also follow. ehehe

Not the intention to denigrate this hotel but the drawback of this hotel is the problem of cleanliness many ants, during our stay was never cleaned, there was no AC or at least a fan because the hotel prices at that time there was no AC / fan. There is a fan but it's useless without the wind. They say there is free WiFi but in fact can't connect. The advantages of this hotel are the bathrooms are not bad, the mattress is soft. I give this criticism so that this hotel can provide more good service. We as guests stayed at the hotel for our convenience. So please improve the service, when you lose to other hotels, chuaksss ...
