Since I'm just looking for a place to sleep and have a good rest, this property could offer you a good one with a very affordable price. They even have the water dispenser in a public area, so you don't need to worry about your drinking water supplies. Hot water works well, Wi-Fi also works well. I might stay here again if I visited Mataram and need a place to stay overnight.

First time here with kids. There's a fish pond in the lobby, friendly receptionists, clean rooms and bathrooms, cool air conditioning, and it's close to the mall, making it easy to get around. Recommended for travelers, especially those looking for an area close to the city center.

The location is very strategic, and the price is affordable. From the outside, it looks simple, but inside it's spacious and very comfortable, as is the layout of the corridors, balconies, and rooms. Cleanliness is very well maintained, and the staff is responsive.

This was my first stay at the Maktal Hotel. It's strategically located, has a cafe and coffee bar, and offers dine-in or room service, offering a full menu of food and drinks at affordable prices. The rooms are clean and the sanitation is also excellent. Overall, I recommend it.
