The hotel staff here are very friendly and very helpful to guests' needs. When I needed cutlery for dinner, they were willing to lend it even though I didn't eat from the restaurant at the hotel. Every night, we were also given a variety of snacks that we don't get in any hotel. The room will also be cleaned every time we ask. Every time I go to Belinyu, my family and I definitely stay here.

The staff is honest, I like it. I forgot my hair dryer when I returned to my hometown, but they returned it and sent it back to Palembang. Good service.
