I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The location is perfect, close to many attractions and restaurants. Highly recommended

The area isn't overly busy, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Water is refillable, and it's rare for a hotel to have a minifridge at this price. There was a problem with the kettle, but it was resolved quickly and effectively. I'd love to stay here again.

I swear it's really comfortable, really nice, the place is really clean. Highly recommended. The toilet is clean, the water can be hot/warm/cold. Lots of soap and it's good. The staff are also friendly. Spacious parking lot, easy to find coffee, snacks and heavy meals.

The hotel's strategic location is near Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, the PIK area, and is connected to the mall. The hotel grounds are very clean, the rooms are well-designed and well-lit, and the room is very quiet. The breakfast selection is extensive and delicious, and the gym, pool, and other facilities are adequate and excellent. The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for both staycations and business trips.

Take a deluxe room, spacious room, clean bed, fragrant pillows, spacious bathroom, complete toiletries, all friendly staff.

Clean room, clean toilet, cold AC, hot water in the bathroom works well, close access to everywhere, at night there are lots of snacks/markets around the hotel, so you don't have to worry about looking for food, hehee.

I always stay here during my business trip in Jakarta and never disappointed! It's been a few years but the room and facilities are still well-maintained! Good job! If you're too lazy to go out for dinner, Songfa, Richcheese, and Tekko are just a step away! Definitely will come back.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful, strategic location inside the mall, swimming pool is very clean, highly recommend staying here.
