The staff from the receptionist, OB, and security are very friendly and helpful, serving with a smile. The room is as the name suggests Petit (small) but the atmosphere is calm, the room is aesthetic, the room smells good. nb: If I go to Solo, I will stay here again

The hotel rooms are clean, comfortable, not particularly spacious, but fully equipped, with neat interiors, amenities, and most importantly, very affordable prices. The location is strategic, very close to Klewer Market.

Great place for a business trip! It’s located right near Slamet Riyadi Street, which was super convenient. The ambiance and the room were wonderful, and everything went smoothly. I missed out on checking the pool, gym, and breakfast this time because of my tight schedule, but I’d definitely love to come back whenever I'm in Solo again.

The hotel management/staff is very kind and honest and very helpful. I left my Samsung Airbuds in the room when I checked out. The management/staff contacted me and kept it until our son picked it up a few days later. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the management/staff. The hotel staff were all very friendly. I left my bag in storage after checking out because I wanted to try tengkleng and go to MBZ. That evening, I returned to the hotel because my Jakarta train ticket was at 7 p.m. They were friendly and served me wholeheartedly when I picked up my bag. Strategic location, close to Moewardi Hospital, UNS, and Pasar Gede. The rooms and hotel are very clean. The staff are numerous and friendly. The hotel is old but well maintained. The food is delicious and varied. The swimming pool is spacious and clean, with separate areas for children and adults. I've been staying here every time I visit Solo for several years. Hopefully, this will continue to be the case in the future.

The hotel was excellent. I thought the room would be small, but it wasn't. I've tried NEOs everywhere (Bali, Jogja, and Solo) and have never been disappointed. The receptionist service was also excellent and greeted me warmly. The valet service was professional and reliable, considering the limited parking area around the hotel.
