The area isn't overly busy, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Water is refillable, and it's rare for a hotel to have a minifridge at this price. There was a problem with the kettle, but it was resolved quickly and effectively. I'd love to stay here again.

Even though the hotel looks old, the front office was very friendly even though it was already late at night. They were definitely tired from work, but they were still friendly. The room was also very clean, the bathroom was also clean as requested. Will definitely be back soon!

This is my second stay here. It used to be called Horison, but the service remains the same, no different, still friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu is varied and still delicious. It turns out they only changed management, the staff remains the same. The room is spacious, fits 3 single beds, and the TV entertainment is also varied so it's not boring. It was a great stay at the Mulia Hotel. I stayed there to watch the FForever concert at the Indonesia Arena, just a short walk across the street. The food was varied, the staff friendly, the rooms clean, and the room service fast. It was top-notch and worth it.
