I was hesitant because I saw bad reviews, but thank God it was really satisfying😍 The security guard was really rude, I think he was the rudest security guard I've ever met, but the receptionist was really friendly (an old man) and they didn't ask for a deposit either. I slept in room 107, the room was clean, tidy, and fragrant. There was a blanket, 2 pillows, and 2 towels (not neat because I took a photo after using them), the bathroom was clean. The water was also running. There was shampoo and soap in the toilet. In addition, the TV was on, and the AC was also working well. It was a bit difficult to open the door, but when I asked for help, they responded quickly, although they didn't smile enough, maybe because they were tired. Overall, I was really satisfied staying here last night😍

The service is absolutely fantastic. They were very responsive from the start via WhatsApp, and the staff were incredibly friendly right up until check-in. I was served by the receptionist, Ms. Jasmine, who was very friendly and responsive, and it didn't take long. I also got a free room upgrade to an executive room, plus a free donut snack. It was delicious, my kids loved it. Absolutely the best.

I stayed for 7 days during Idul Fitri and this was my 2nd stay at Harris. No issues, no problems happened—all went well & excellent from the reservations, rooms, restaurant, and any helpers. The staff also very friendly and helpful.

Upon entering the hotel, it smelled fragrant, was clean, and comfortable. I immediately liked the room; it was spacious, clean, and had a direct view of the street. It's also close to the mall, and finding food at night is easy; there are plenty of eateries in front of the hotel. I'll definitely be back.
