This is my second stay here. It used to be called Horison, but the service remains the same, no different, still friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu is varied and still delicious. It turns out they only changed management, the staff remains the same. The room is spacious, fits 3 single beds, and the TV entertainment is also varied so it's not boring. Thanks Astanaraya... stay humble and friendly... see you soon

The hotel is very nice, they have good hospitality, staff are helpful, near the food area around the hotels such as Kebayoran Park Mall. The room is clean and spacious.

I've stayed here twice to watch badminton at Istora. Early check-in is possible and free of charge. The receptionists are helpful and friendly. It's worth it for me to stay here; it's a short walk to Istora and close to the Plaza. If you're too lazy to eat out, there's a 24-hour McDonald's nearby.

Have stayed here 4 times, strategic location, clean rooms, friendly and responsive staff. Always the main choice when going home to Jakarta. Thanks for the good hospitality and keep up the good work.

It was a great stay at the Mulia Hotel. I stayed there to watch the FForever concert at the Indonesia Arena, just a short walk across the street. The food was varied, the staff friendly, the rooms clean, and the room service fast. It was top-notch and worth it.

I have stayed here several times and were quite satisfied because it was only for sleeping at night. need to improve cleanliness of bed cover and new pillows

The area isn't overly busy, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Water is refillable, and it's rare for a hotel to have a minifridge at this price. There was a problem with the kettle, but it was resolved quickly and effectively. I'd love to stay here again.

An older but well-maintained four-star hotel. It's a perfect getaway, close to Blok M (lots of dining and entertainment options), and the room rates are family-friendly. The staff is also friendly and always ready to help. Thank you, Ambhara Hotel.

What a nice staycation! Ambiance/Facilities: good vibes, great facilities. Food: delicious and various breakfast options. Staff are helpful. Staff Assistance: helpful and nice. They knew we were going to a concert at GBK area and told us the shortest way without us asking. Highlights: I asked for some additional water, and they came so fast. Price: worth your money. Location: right next to Plaza Senayan, walking distance to GBK area.

We have been coming back to Sheraton Gandaria a few times now and it consistently delivers. This recent visit with my wife and two kids was a comfortable, enjoyable stay from start to finish. The club lounge was the highlight for us. Staff there were attentive and genuinely helpful throughout... the kind of service that makes you feel well looked after without being over the top. The rest of the hotel staff were equally pleasant and easy to deal with. The pool was great, kids had a good time. Room was clean, well-maintained, and everything was in order. Solid choice if you want a reliable family staycation in South Jakarta. We will be back.
